Description
Caribbean King RZ is a rockmelon variety with evenly-netted cream-coloured skin. Internally, Caribbean King has a small to medium seed cavity, and sweet orange flesh that’s slightly aromatic, not too firm and achieves high brix readings (up to 15) under good growing conditions.
The generative plant offers good leaf cover and concentrated fruit setting that gives uniform fruit size and shape.
Maturity is between 80-110 depending on the season.
Average fruit weight is 2.0-2.5 kg.
