Kelvin RZ is a hybrid green celery variety. Consumers enjoy Kelvin’s sweet taste and crisp texture. Attractive dark green leaves and slender shiny petioles provide a uniform apple green colour throughout.

Kelvin’s uniform colour and petiole length make it well suited to processing for sticks. It is also excellent as whole heads or pre-packed hearts. It has an open plant habit and is strong against black heart.

This is a slow bolting variety best suited to harvesting from early summer to autumn.
The attractive presentation and good shelf-life make Kelvin a good opportunity for export markets.
