Tejal RZ is a hybrid celery variety from Rijk Zwaan. Tejal has a sweet flavour, crisp texture, and attractive medium green colour. We’ve combined these with slow-bolting characteristics for an ideal variety for the Australian market.
This variety offers fewer side-shoots, aiding in the harvesting process. Tejal RZ is capable of producing a higher number of slightly wider petioles adding extra weight.
