Verodita RZ is a large cos variety with a crunchy texture, much like iceberg lettuce. It has a mild and sweet flavour. The upright conical-shaped heads are suitable for marketing as trimmed hearts in single or twin packs, whole heads for the fresh market, and use in the service sector as whole leaves for taco-style fillings.
